SUPPORT LINE SPECIALIST — Support service and triage on the Colorado Support Line - Peer Specialist have lived experience in behavioral health and/or are living in recovery.

LEAD CRISIS CLINICIAN | QUALITY ASSURANCE — Internal Candidates Only Please. Expertise, leadership, and support in Quality Assurance call center endeavors, as well as regular Crisis Clinician responsibilities in the handling of RMCP calls and/or electronic messaging services.

LEAD CRISIS CLINICIAN | LIVECONNECT — Internal Candidates Only Please. Expertise, leadership, and support in LiveConnect call center endeavors, as well as regular Crisis Clinician responsibilities in the handling of RMCP calls and/or electronic messaging services.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST — Development and provision of RMCP training and training materials for Crisis Line and Support Line staff, both in a new-hire and an on-going basis.
