RMCP LIVECONNECT© - A SPECIAL SERVICE FOR PROVIDERS

Rocky Mountain Crisis Partners provides free services to the public. There is never a fee of any kind when people call us toll-free at 844-493-TALK (8255).

We subsidize our free services by providing clinical answering services on contract for mental health and substance abuse treatment providers—RMCP LiveConnect©. As you may know, many Colorado providers presently contract with large clinical answering services in Portland, Oregon, or Kansas City, Missouri, or other distant cities. Other Colorado providers "make do" with less-distant but non-clinical answering services.

Consider RMCP LiveConnect©. Whether your phone coverage need is after-hours, around-the-clock, or only during occasional special events like meetings or staff retreats, we can tailor our service to fit your program and your clients.

Why should you contract with RMCP LiveConnect©?

  • RMCP LiveConnect© is easy to set up; we can make our service protocols match your precise needs.
Your calls are answered with your name, your script, or whatever you specify.
  • RMCP LiveConnect© technology can enable you to view confidential records of each call in real time (no more waiting for next-day or end-of-the-month reports.)
  • Our fees are competitive or better than the large national services; we can match or exceed the service you presently get from your out-of-state answering service.
  • If you are presently using a non-clinical answering service, or asking your clients to call 9-1-1 when you're out of the office, you'll find that both your program and your clients will be better served if urgent calls are answered and triaged by professionals.

A: No! We urge EVERY treatment provider (including one- or two-person practices) in Colorado to add our phone number to your outbound message on your voicemail or answering machine, today.
